About the Journal

The International Journal of Islamic Education Studies (IJIES) is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal that publishes high-quality research articles, literature reviews, and theoretical papers in the field of Islamic education. IJIES provides a platform for scholars, educators, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to disseminate knowledge, exchange ideas, and contribute to the advancement of Islamic education in both local and global contexts.

The journal is published biannually (April and October) by Berkaho Village-Owned Enterprise, Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia. All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring free and open access to knowledge for the global academic community.

IJIES is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). To ensure academic quality, all submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
